Lead organizational change management in transformation projects, ensuring the successful adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working within client organizations. This role develops communication plans, designs training programs, supports users in adopting new tools, monitors adoption indicators, and collaborates with leaders to ensure organizational alignment.

The Strategic Consultant owns Greenhouse’s largest and most complex paid strategic enablement engagements via professional services. As an integral member of the Customer Success and Professional Services teams, you will accelerate Greenhouse-led implementations and conduct system audits, strategic advisement, reconfigurations, and change management. You will distill complex needs into digestible workflows, and inspire decision makers to action.

Own complex customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, leading delivery and execution across all stages of the onboarding lifecycle. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through platform capabilities, best practices, and strategic configurations aligned with their business needs. Independently manage multiple high-impact customer projects with competing timelines and stakeholders.
